The Bachelorette has taken to Instagram to clear a few things up for everyone.

Queen of the cryptic Instagram post and of our hearts, Sam Frost, has taken a break from posting cute pics of her brothers and nature/bakery treats to clear a few things up for everyone.

Okay, so she did post a picture of the ocean, but she also accompanied it with some straight talk to ease the minds of all those speculating at home.

Firstly, it will some as a surprise to no one to learn she is not pregnant.

She is also still dating the receiver of the final rose a whopping four months on.

“It’s been 4 months, my man and I are still going strong and very happy together.”

She does give one spoiler (sort of)… Tomorrow night is going to be “absolutely heartbreaking” for one “truly incredible man”.
