Very famous and handsome Irish man Ronan Keating, 38, has just announced his engagement to Storm Uechtritz, a 34-year-old TV executive.
The couple have been dating for three years.
It’s lovely news. But also slightly awkwardly timing for Keating, because it’s also just one month after his divorce was finalised.
“We’ve been together a few years now and knew we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together. I felt it was the right time.”
According to some reports, Keating has proposed to Storm twice now.

The reason for the slightly ridiculous double proposal is actually kind of sweet. The first proposal was done in private, on a tropical holiday beacause fame and fortune etc, while the other was done back in Ireland where Keating’s kids could get involved.
Keating was married to his former wife, Yvonne Connelly, for 17 years. They have three children together, 16-year-old Jack, 14-year-old Missy and nine-year-old Ali.
No word yet on whether either proposal involved an acoustic rendition of “When you say nothing at all.”

He is 38! How has he had time to have been married for 17 years, break up, and be with his new love for 3 years?
If his divorce is only just finalised, then the 17 years and 3 years must be overlapped. That makes him married at 21, which is fine.
