He’s out of immediate danger. Khloe Kardashian, 31, has released her first statement since Lamar Odom, 35, was rushed to hospital last week.

The reality star shared the statement on her website on Tuesday night after Odom was transported to Cedars-Sinai Hospital.

Kardashian has been with her soon-to-be ex-husband Odom in hospital since his collapse last week.

Us Magazine reports that she refused to leave Odom’s bedside. “She hasn’t showered. She’s exhausted,” a source told the mag.

Kardashian had been seeing basketball player James Harden, 26, but TMZ reports she’s put the relationship on hold to care for Odom.

Khloe is speaking out for the first time.

The Odom family also released a statement about his progress on Tuesday.

Odom collapsed in a Las Vegas brothel last Tuesday and was placed in a medically induced coma and on dialysis on Wednesday after being found unconscious, having suffered a heart attack and organ failure.
