Khloe Kardashian has called off her divorce to Lamar Odom.

According to E! News, the 31-year-old’s lawyer went to court yesterday and asked the judge to withdraw the couple’s divorce papers, which have been pending since July.

The news comes two days after Lamar was transferred to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles to continue his treatment following a drug overdose last week that left him in a medically induced coma.

The reality star released her first statement yesterday, a week after the 35-year-old ex NBA player was found  found unconscious in a Las Vegas brothel:

The couple, who were married just a month after meeting in 2009, filed for divorce in September 2013, but didn’t sign the papers until July of this year.

Following their separation, Kardashian has dated rapper French Montana, and most recently basketball player James Harden, 26, but TMZ reports she’s put the relationship on hold to care for Odom.

Kardashian has been with her estranged husband since his collapse.
