She shared a teaser yesterday, now Chrissy Teigen’s husband, John Legend has #blessed the world with the first picture of little Luna’s face.

Legend has kept his social media channels quiet since they announced the birth of their wee one on Sunday, but shared the first snap early on Thursday morning.

The image, which was retweeted by Teigen half an hour later has amassed over 300k likes on both Instagram pages, and showcases Luna’s deep brown eyes and luscious head of hair.

Luna, lovingly nicknamed ‘Lulu’, was born last Thursday, with Teigen posting a snap of her weight to Instagram with the caption, “She’s here! Luna Simone Stephens, we are so in love with you! And sleepy. Very sleepy.”

Luna has taken Legend's biological last name as Legend is his stage name.

Twitter fiend Teigen hasn't shied off the social media network since she gave birth with many users admiring her 'realness' on the platform. This morning the Sports Illustrated model tweeted how she 'didn't realise she'd be the one coming home in diapers'.
