When she’s not gracing your telly presenting Postcards, Bec Judd runs her website Rebecca Judd Loves, is co-founder of Beauty EDU, an ambassador for Lipton Delicately Fresh Green Tea, the mother of two children — and is currently pregnant with twins.

So how does a woman this busy go about her daily beauty routine? Well, as you can imagine, like every other aspect of her life, she’s got it down to a fine art.

The Morning Routine

“I genuinely look forward to a moment of calm after the chaos of getting the kids up and ready for the day and juggling my work commitments, I like to sit down mid-morning and savour Lipton Delicately Fresh Green Tea. I’m a green tea lover and this tea is light and refreshing (and helps to get my game face on for the day).”

Makeup Time

“Being a busy mum means that I have zero time to do my makeup in the morning. My go-to ‘everyday’ look takes me about five minutes and the bases I’m currently using are chemical-free but still give me a great coverage.

“The products I use to create my daily look are Hourglass Veil liquid foundation ($95), Ellis Faas concealer ($51), I use S204, Musq powder mineral foundation in Rajasthan ($55), MAC lingering eyebrow pencil, Illamasqua Cream pigment in Androgen ($36), MAC liquid eyeliner in Boot Black ($21) and Benefit Ohh La Lift [under-eye lightener] ($22)”

Budget Favourites

“Some of my go-to products under $30 include: Maybelline Great Lash Mascara ($12.95),  MECCA Cosmetica Lip De Luscious ($28) and Garnier BB Cream ($15.99).”

The Night Routine

“When I get home from work, I take my eye makeup off first with cotton pads and either the L’Oreal or Garnier eye makeup remover ($7.99). I then cleanse (sometimes twice) before having a good ‘ol facial scrub.”

“I love using serums and mix them up most nights. One night I’ll go for a Vitamin C serum, the following night a Vitamin B serum and I also use an exfoliating serum, too. I use The Skincare Company serums. They are powerfully active and don’t cost as much as some of the others out there. They also leave out the nasties. After using a serum, I’ll always finish with a moisturiser with active ingredients. Usually twice a week I’ll also use The Skincare Company’s AHA/BHA scrub ($65). (Post continues after gallery.)

Facials And Treatments

“With the amount of makeup I wear for work, a good facial scrub is something I cannot live without. My top two products are definitely Musq White Mineral and Rice Exfoliant ($42) and The Skincare Company’s AHA and BHA scrub.

“I also go to regular Laser Genesis and Dermasweep treatments at Liberty Belle Skin Clinic [in Melbourne]. If I’m feeling brave I’ll get IPL or a Clear and Brilliant baby fraxel treatment a couple of times a year. But they HURT!” (Post continues after this audio interview with Bec.)

Bec’s Day On A Plate

Breakfast

“Always muesli for breakfast and a strong latte.”

Morning Snack

“Morning tea usually involves Lipton Green tea, fruit (pears are a fave and so high in fibre) and crackers with cheese. I also snack on Carman’s Fruit Free Muesli Bars and popcorn throughout the day.”

Lunch

“Lunch is either brown rice sushi or a toasted focaccia (chicken/avo/cheese).

Dinner

“For dinner we’ll either eat pasta or a lean meat (steak, chicken or fish) with brown rice and a yummy salad full of a mix of veggies and goats cheese.

Dessert

“I eat dessert every night — either chocolate with a Lipton Green Tea, or a Snickers ice-cream bar: delish! I also bake a lot so am quite partial to a piece of banana cake with cream cheese frosting or a chocolate cupcake.”
