Fans have flooded Nikki Gogan's Instagram with beautiful messages of support.

The Bachelor‘s runner-up Nikki Gogan may well be the face of our next $5 note if the people of Australia have anything to do with it.

In a matter of months, Gogan has gone from living in complete anonymity to being a cult hero of sorts: one with legions of fans who have fallen in love with her.

Maintaining a fierce sense of dignity after her broken heart became a national talking point in last week’s Bachelor finale, Gogan has since posted photos on Instagram illustrating her desire to move on with her life — but not before the fans inundated her account with messages of support and of love.

Just yesterday, the real-estate agent posted a photo on Instagram at a bridal afternoon tea with her best friend, where fans overwhelmingly took to the platform to compliment every aspect of the photo, from her dress through to her personality.

“You are so beautiful Nikki, if there was more people like you in the world it would be a better place. Seriously look up to you girl,” one fan wrote.

“You are breathtakingly beautiful Nikki and your personality is such a breath of fresh air,” another complimented.

Others were determined she knew the good things would come her way.

“Nikki, you are beautiful, inside & out. Amazing things are coming your way…”

And then, of course, there were those who just wanted Nikki to know we would happily fly to Perth to be her next best friend.

“I think every girl in Australia wants you as their bestie. You’re simply beautiful, Nikki,” one fan wrote.

It seems strangers aren’t the only ones offering their support to Gogan, with some of her fellow Bachelor contestants spending time together and posting images together over the last few days.

In a digital realm where trolls yell the loudest, and negativity and abuse is insidious, it’s refreshing to see such a show of support online.
