Get your spatulas ready: The launch date for MasterChef Australia 2018 has been confirmed.

Get ready to deconstruct things and put them in jelly.

The 10th season of MasterChef Australia 2018 will premiere on Monday, 7 May at 7:30pm on Network Ten.

Yep, the very first episode of the TV show of your foodie dreams is only days away.

We debrief on a Bach in Paradise finale that had us feeling far more than we expected to. Post continues.

The show will once again begin with the gruelling audition process before moving into the MasterChef kitchen.

Gary Mehigan, Matt Preston and George Calombaris will return as judges and they will be joined by some very fancy international guest judges including Maggie Beer, Nigella Lawson, Gordon Ramsay, Curtis Stone and Adriano Zumbo.

Even Prince Charles will make an appearance in the series.

The Prince of Wales will be hosting a reception at the Royal Flying Doctor Service base in Darwin, which will be catered for by this year’s contestants.

We reckon there could be some scones on the menu.

So get the blowtorch out because all this foodie goodness is just days away.
