The week in gossip: it's been a little scandalous

While most of us took a break over Christmas to spend time with family and friends, it was business as usual for the celebs … if “usual” is fighting with their exes over social media, being accused of affairs, pretending to shag a reindeer and flashing their butts … Oh yeah, it is …

>> Charlie Sheen went ape about not spending Christmas with any of his children. He took to Twitter with a picture of photos on a side table, captioned: “this is as close I get to my children on Xmas? Except CJ, her mom is an angel! B, D, and DCFS go phuk urse elves c.”

His bile started with a series of phone messages saying “lemme see if I got this straight; you won’t even spring the girls for 30 mins, from the 10 mil house I gave you, (100 yds away) to come down and open the gifts their dad bought them before they leave??’ I hope your stocking is bronze-age coal stuffed along with an assortment of 8×10?s of yours so you can see how despicable and heartlessly ugly you and your fermented soul continue to be.”

On Tuesday he continued with: “no kids on Xmas! can I unwrap the gifts this kangaroo sukk, pig circus court gave me now? thanks B&D [Brooke Mueller & Denise Richards] enjoy my hate! (sic)”

This comes despite ex-wife Denise pleading with Charlie on Monday via social media to stop publicly blasting her for the sake of their children and inviting him to spend Christmas with them. She wrote on Twitter: “@charliesheen U done ranting?” she tweeted Monday and later deleted. “Keep it classy dude. Our kids don’t need to be privy to this. U are welcome 2 spend xmas w/us. Hope u still come.”

"He told me he and Tori had a sexless marriage," says Goodhand, who stayed over at his hotel the following night too. "I believed him."

Refusing to comment on the rumours, Tori blogged about her family’s Christmas celebrations, sharing this gorgeous pic of her four children with husband Dean McDermott. She wrote, “Merry Christmas from the McDermotts!” She then wrote, “As another year comes to a close, I can’t help but feel so grateful for all of my blessings,” she wrote. “My beautiful family, my amazing friends, and of course, all of you!”

>> Kate Winslet, Katie Holmes and Halle Berry wereattacked for their parenting choices in a Christmas advertising campaign by the fathers’ rights group Fathers4Justice. Kate has engaged lawyers over the campaign, who have called her ad “misleading and defamatory.” The group’s first ad, which targetted Kate, was sparked by a comment made by Kate in October’s issue of Vogue, regarding her three children. She said: “People go, ‘Oh, my God! Those poor children! They must have gone through so much’. Says who? They’ve always been with me. They don’t go from pillar to post; they’re not flown here and there with nannies. That’s never happened. My kids don’t go back and forth; none of this 50/50 time with the mums and dads – my children live with me; that is it. That is it!”

He told The Graham Norton Show in November: “I’ve lived in LA for a long time and they say, ‘If you sit in a barber’s shop for long enough you will get a hair cut.’ Well, if you live in Los Angeles for long enough you’re going to get some surgery. I’ve had a thatch done and I didn’t even need it. That’s the weirdest thing. I had three months off and got bored.”
