Sarah Harris' photo of her TV debut has completed our lives.

A day ahead of Channel 10’s celebration of 60 years of Australian television, Studio 10 presenter and journalist Sarah Harris has shared an incredible flashback from her first TV assignment.

Posting an image of her teenage-self to Instagram on Thursday, Harris captioned the image:

“Here’s a 17-year-old me,” (what about that denim dress?! The brown lippie! That mulberry hair! Hey, it was 1998…) making my telly debut on Channel 7 in Brisbane.”

Oh, ’90s throwbacks. They never disappoint, do they?

18 years on, the now 35-year-old will be marking the Australian television milestone with her co-panelists on Studio 10 in an event she promises will be, “a hilarious, and at times cringeworthy, walk down memory lane.”

“We’ve got so much great stuff from the vault and so many TV reunions (including Rove! Paula Duncan! Toni Pearen! Don Burke! Tony Barber! Baby John Burgess! Holly Brisley! …. And AGRO!) that we’re on air for a whole extra hour. If you love TV you’ve gotta tune in tomorrow.”

To be honest, you had us at Toni Pearen, but AGRO is also pretty bloody incredible.

And if the throwbacks are half as good as Harris', we're seriously looking forward to it.
