It’s okay Sam, we’ve all been there.
Once upon a time we were all awkward teenagers.
And Bachelorette Sam Frost isn’t immune to the braces, acne or bleach blonde hair that’s become a rite of passage when you’re in high school.
Frost shared the flashback on her Instagram account, captioning the image, “Throw back to the time when I finally got my braces.. I’m certain I was the only person at bars and clubs with fresh metal #MetalMouthSeventeenUntilTwenty”
And my oh my, does she look different. Don't worry Sam, we've all been there.
We can take a pretty good guess of how Frost got rid of her acne too, after the looking-for-love hopeful shared a picture to Twitter detailing her skin routine, as she prepares for the upcoming series of The Bachelorette.
She captioned the routine with, "Because no-one like a pimply Bachie".
Frost announced she would be Australia's first Bachelorette in April, explaining, “I think I will be a bit more wiser when it comes to my choice of men."
“Everyone knows what happened last year... it took me a really long time to get through that."
