Rebecca Judd loses all her baby weight in 3 months. And Instagrams it.

Rebecca Judd instagrams a pic of herself looking very skinny just 3 months after giving birth.

Rebecca Judd gave birth to her beautiful daughter Billie Kate just 3 months ago. And yesterday, she posted a photo of her in a bikini looking (worryingly) skinny. With some suggesting she has lost more than just her baby weight.

She captioned the image with:

“2 weeks before winter and the #ootd is swimwear – whaaat?! Go Melbs, Wearing Zimmerman (ps. It’s going to get bloody cold tomorrow arvo when the southerlies blow in so I suggest you soak up the last of our warm rays #weathergeek)”

While Judd dropped the baby weight very quickly, in April she stated that she “never dieted”. Instead, she reportedly told New Idea that she “got her body back” by using compression garments:

“Having a baby, my abdominal muscles separated by 8cm, which is huge. So as soon as I had Billie, my physio gave me compression shorts to wear, and I’ve been wearing them at home all the time.”

She also credited pelvic floor exercises (the day after delivery) and Pilates for her weight loss.
