Watch the moment Big Brother housemates find out Donald Trump won the presidency.

The saying, “Have you been living under a rock?” has really come true.

Or… “Have you been living in the Big Brother prison?”

After spending their time in the past few months, with no access to technology and the ongoing coverage of the election, it was only yesterday they found out who would lead their nation for the next four years, at least.

Julie Chen, the host of USA’s Big Brother Over The Top, spoke ominously to the contestants.

“The next President of the United States will be…

“Donald Trump.”

And, this pretty much sums up their collective reaction:

"Umm, come again, please." Image via Facebook.

Initially, the six left were just so sure their host was joking around.

Surely, SURELY, Donald Trump was a prank.

Just like the rest of the world, really.

"Gay people, where were you? Minorities, where were you?" Jason said.

"That's what I said...," Danielle said, who hails from the Democratic state of California. "Typically, the people who vote are older, white Republican males...and I was really hoping that our generation would take their voice."

"It’s gonna be sh-t when we get out of here," Justin said to the group. "Can we just stay in here for the next four years?"

And, while he's joking it really does seem to a better option that living under Trump.

We think contestant, Shelby, really articulated what most of us have been thinking since Wednesday:

"What the f*ck happened while we were in here?"
