1. Push Ups Around the World
- Begin in push-up position, keeping a flat back, strong shoulders and engaged core.
- Your goal is to move in a clockwise direction, practicing a push up at every “hour” on your imaginary floor-clock.
- When you have gone around the clock once (12 reps), hold at your start position for a few seconds before repeating the exercise in counter-clockwise direction (24 reps total).
2. Trim Your Triceps with 100 Demanding Dips:
- Find a chair, step or platform where you can place your hands, fingers facing forward.
- Bend your knees, keeping your abs engaged and feet planted.
- Push up and down on your platform, 25 times, shooting your elbows to the back of the room.
- Immediately extend one leg or bend it across your opposite knee for 25 more – switch legs.
- Finish with 25 more at your start position.
Remember, this is a Challenge – it’s not supposed to be comfortable or easy – just do your best and don’t give up!
