I've had terrible service from fashion-safe Australia - the mob selling, and continuing to advertise, their front opening, no wire bra for big girls. They promote online ordering, in the COVID19 era, with 5 to 10 days for delivery. Ive now been 2 weeks without any contact other than "thanks for your order". I understand delays but they haven't reached out to apologise, haven't answered either of my worried emails, and continue to advertise online. I don't think manufacturers, importers, or delivery services are equipped to do business and engender consumer confidence in this COVID19 business environment.
