@km You make some excellent points and I agree with you. The thought of a vulnerable person, such as someone who is elderly, ignore a health problem so they wouldn't have to pay a bill, is horrible. 

I think you should make an official complaint. You shouldn't have been treated like this. The will have a feedback available and they should get it.
