I didn’t realise that you can have other “tears” i had three third degree tears towards my but and labial grazing in an M shape from both labias towards my urethra. The third degree tears didn’t weaken my pelvic floor in regard to weeing but actually when doing number two which is kind of good because constipation is definitely a thing of the past...
