@fightofyourlife I find switching off hard at night (especially when it’s time for bed) however, I find listening to a talk back radio station really helps me fall asleep quickly. I have the radio on really low and listen to the callers ringing up about this and that and before I know it I’m asleep! (I also leave the radio on all night) hope this can help
Hi fightofyourlife...I find switching off hard as well and I find that listening to talkback radio works a treat for me. However, my husband disagrees and sometimes sleeps in another room (as he finds that he can’t sleep with the radio on!) I have the radio on low and listening to others talking about anything distracts my mind enough to fall asleep...give it a try I hope it works 🤔
