Similar load eg: parenting, working etc but can also add being the carer for an ageing parent and study to the mix - it’s definitely a juggling act and the balls can really fall sometimes.
Great story. I met my birth family almost 20 years ago. After the excitement subsides and the comparisons and wonder die down, you realise you can’t make up for lost time and you no longer try to. An acceptance takes over and whilst you will never fully be part of this new tribe, you always wondered about, having them in your life is enriching.
