As good as all of this sounds, I don't think this is suitable for everyone. Just as an example, I work varying shifts throughout the week. I am stuck with eating my "big meal" before bed (depending on when I get home, sometimes right before, sometimes a few hours before), because I'm at work the majority of the day, with no time to eat big meals in peace (also breakfast is nothing for me as I'm happy to be able to have a small bowl of cereal within the first 5h of my day, for whatever reason). As with a sleep schedule, I have days where I have to get out of bed in the early morning, I have days where I have until noon. I can't have a routine that fits every day while also getting enough sleep.
