Reading your article Holly, I knew exactly where you had moved to and where you’re living now due to making the exact same tree change myself in Nov 2020 with my family from Sydney 2 hrs south.  We then bought a cottage 1 hr further south again in a beautiful historic town in 2021 with 3 acres and planted a vineyard from scratch. My daughter goes to the local catholic school and I still make the trip up to Sydney for work fairly regularly and that suits me whilst my family stay put. I see friends and get my shopping fix then happily return south. No regrets. None whatsoever ☺️
