Are you kidding? This article is so hilarious - could have been written 15-20 years ago from the perspective of a Gen X as the young Millennials/Gen Y's were joining the workforce. It must be a generational thing.  So interesting to see this playing out from a Gen X point of view. And so the battle continues....
