I can totally relate - first baby at 40, second at 43. For the first time in my life I felt like no one liked me. I tried to create friendships with other mums but failed miserably. Those early years were lonely but it has become easier with my kids now in primary school and there are a lot of other older mums.
I really enjoyed this article but it mentions that research reveals that women have “greater risk of long-term symptoms of COVID, with research revealing that about 50 per cent of patients are female.” Doesn’t that mean that men are equally at risk of long covid? Am I missing something?
This was so lovely to listen to 💕
