Russian tourists make up a huge percentage of tourism numbers here, but they have all but gone with the war. Sad for Thais who rely on tourism. After April 1st, you won’t need a PCR test in Australia before you arrive - Thai government are trying to incentivise travellers, but you’ll still need the one when you arrive.
