Hairstylists should be grateful to have paying customers and do whatever the customer wants without judging them. A customer does not have to feel bad fir bringing pictures, arriving with messy hair or not knowing hairstylists lingo to say what they want. Every hairstylist I went to has different name for fringe bangs. We can also complain about bad haircut we got from other stylists. It is our genuine experience. If they don't like it, they can find a job where they don't have to work with people. If a hairstylists has attitude like the one from this article, I definitely would not hold on to them forever.
