You should just ask if there is anything they need you to do and let them you know you would love to be part of it! Maybe they think you have too much going on in your own life? 

I think it's so refreshing to hear someone say that when they reached their goal they still had insecurities about how they look. Thanks so much for sharing! 

Geez- all of a sudden I am super grateful for my friends that we don't need boundaries!!!!

I did this with my husband when I went back to work full-time!! It took months if empty dog water bowls and no dog good- but I didn't budge( although I did hide full water bowls for the dogs elsewhere).
