I always though River was the older brother 😬
Living in Western Australia I feel the tone is prehaps very different compared to the east at the moment.
Heavy mandates/restrictions have created such a massive divide between the vaxed and unvaxed and I feel like the conversation has shifted away from covid and has become more about the "government control" of the people... I am hearing the term "sovereign citizens" amongst unvaxed family and friends and it almost feels like there is a movement happening.
Its insane times anyway 🙄🙄🙄
Really enjoying these videos. Thank you 😄
It left me wondering if they were always all terrible actors 😬 ... I think the script is REALLY cheesy, so much of what they do and say makes me cringe.
But after the last SATC movie I went in with no expectations so I wasn't exactly disappointed. I'm also really keen to see where everything is heading, so at this point I'm definitely still watching.
Amanda Bynes? Or something to do with young stars and the price of fame? 🤔
Great read! Such a fickle subject.
Hopefully we can get to a place where we can celebrate our individual bodies for what they are. There's alot of double standards when it comes to what women can/should share online.
I loved this interview!
I thought it was so interesting when Phoebe made the comment about how no one was looking after Sam in that moment he chose to drive with drugs in his system.
I think we all have done it at some point without realising (made an excuse for someone's actions) and I didn't consider anything wrong with what she said until Mia pointed it out.
I really loved listening to Phoebe speak and have alot more empathy for her situation.
I also really appreciate the atmosphere Mia creates on her podcasts. I don't know how well Mia knows the people she interviews but it always feels like she's talking to a close friend. The questions flow like a conversation which makes for a great listen.
Mm its a fine line I feel.... like anything there is always a camp that takes it too far. I see alot of fitness quotes on instagram that insinuate if you're not working out, eating right and pushing yourself to the limit then you're not seeing the best version of yourself.
I loved this interview. It was wonderful to hear from a woman who worked her way up the ladder in what was (and arguably still is) a very male dominated sector. Lisa is wonderful to listen too and very thoughtful with her answers.
I also liked the interview dynamic between Mia and Lisa, the friendship is clearly there. Listening to them talk made me feel like I was joining them both for a cuppa to talk about their shared life experiences and where its led them.
As someone who is not quite thirty, a new mother and struggling with her identify, I felt like there is a lot I could learn from listening in on a conversation between these two wonderful and inspiring women.
