There’s no denying that Meghan Markle has already cemented herself as a style icon in the British royal family.
From her famous wedding dress to her outfits on her recent Australian tour alongside Prince Harry, the Duchess of Sussex’s subtle ways of channeling her own heritage and the royal family’s heritage in her style certainly haven’t got unnoticed.
And now it seems Meghan’s channelling Princess Diana in her style choices too.
On Monday, the Duchess attended Commonwealth Day services in London alongside Prince Harry, Prince William and Kate Middleton.
For the occasion, Meghan wore a white nurse-like Victoria Beckham coat and hat.

Are you high?? Meghan looks like a nurse from the 1970's in that pillbox hat - it's a dreadful outfit. Channeling an outfit straight out of 1987 isn't fashion goals - the 80's were largely bloody awful (yes, even when Diana wore it). Aside from that, I don't think Meghan was trying to emulate Diana at all, anyway - just another "touching tribute" far-reach there (nothing more creepy than suggesting that a woman is dressing up like her husband's dead mother).
Exactly. All I thought was 'Paging Nurse Markle, Paging Nurse Markle'...it just looks silly and awkard looking.
