One very obvious problem in this pregnancy test ad has everybody confused.

It was meant to be a sweet ad for an early pregnancy test, showing an overjoyed couple discovering they are expecting.

Except…there’s something very strange about the picture.

Specifically, the fact that the pregnant woman in question is QUITE OBVIOUSLY pregnant, despite discovering the news via an “early test”.

The ad – for Dutch brand Predictor – was created back in 2011, but has gone viral online after a Twitter user shared the image online.

The tweet has been retweeted more than 18,000 times, with users adding their own hilarious spin to the image.

Others pointed out that perhaps the test was testing for the baby’s gender instead of testing for, you know, the presence of a baby.
