This updated version of the classic prawn salad is looks fancy, but very easy to make. And it’s healthy, which we guess could be important too.
The quinoa-encrusted prawns sit in a an avocado and tahini whip, rested on a bed of lettuce (If you didn’t imagine Masterchef’s George Calombaris’ voice when you read that sentence you’re doing it wrong).
An obvious consequence of making this fancy salad: Your guests will need to wait 10 minutes before eating it so you can take pictures for your various social media accounts.
