Research in the last 10 years suggests that new mums in heterosexual relationships are more susceptible to a decrease in marital satisfaction after having a baby, usually due to an unequal distribution of work in the home.
So we need to know, will our relationship with our partner ever be the same? And how do we keep connected when our needs and priorities in the relationship have shifted?
