Geoff Huegill’s Biggest Wake Up Call

Want more of Geoff? Listen to Mia’s bonus episode with him here.

Geoff Huegill started swimming at the age of five. By the time he was 21, he’d broken an Olympic world record for Butterfly at the Sydney Olympics. And by the time he was 27, after two Olympics as a professional swimmer, he’d retired from his sport.

What came next was parties, depression, body image issues.

And then, Geoff decided to make a comeback.

On this episode, he chats to Mia about starting over in his career and his family, getting arrested and why he has no regrets.

THE END BITS:
