Let’s kick off this week’s gallery with some clever – and funny – pictures from the Bald Archy prize. It’s a parody of the well-known Archibald prize and we have some of the 2012 finalists.

Also in this week’s pics – the uniforms Australia’s Olympic athletes will wear in June, the transgender beauty pageant contestant who was disqualified for being born a boy, Madonna‘s (very) hot pants and what does Lady Gaga look like without makeup?

The finalists of the Bald Archy were announced. Here's Karl and Lisa by James Brennan. It's called Breakfast of Champions.

Dr Geoffrey Edelsten and his wife, Brynne. It's called Venus and Handbag and it's by Vincent de Gouw.

The first look at Australia's Olympic uniform. It's come under a bit of criticism for being much the same as previous uniforms.

This is the British team's uniform - designed by Stella McCartney. It's also come under fire for its spin on the Union Jack (which was intended to be a stylish upgrade.)

Madonna hit the stage in Miami in some hot pants.

Meanwhile, the video clip for her latest song, Girls Gone Wild, has been banned from being seen by under-18s on YouTube.
