Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban will be celebrating their eighth wedding anniversary at the end of June, despite tabloids running rumours claiming everything from cheating to ‘separate lives’ to divorce talks.
The pair appeared very much in love when they were kissing on the red carpet at Nashville’s CMT awards on Wednesday.
Speculation that their marriage was in trouble kicked up a gear after the Railway Man actress attended the Cannes Film Festival solo last month and then cancelled her Friday appearance on BBC’s Graham Norton Show.
But Keith told Rolling Stone, 'The people who really know us are most aghast by the [split rumours]"
"(They say), "How do you not want to defend that?" I'm like, "It's pointless." Our life will be our way of defending it."
Urban will be hitting the road for his Raise 'Em Up Tour, and he'll next perform June 14 at Australia's 1300 Smiles Stadium in Townsville.
