This CEO retired. So his staff gave him the best send-off we've ever seen.

When CEO Mark Sebba, the big boss at luxury online retailer Net-A-Porter, announced he was leaving the company, the Net-A-Porterians decided they needed to send him off in style.

A particularly flamboyant style, which included choreographed dancing, a choir of gospel singers, a mariachi band, and dancers wearing elaborate headdresses.

And yes, there were just as many sparkles as you would expect from a fashion company.

This man is clearly the best-loved boss ever.

Executive Chairman and Founder of the Net-A-Porter Group, Natalie Massenet told ABC7 News, that they wanted to create “an amazing and personal tribute to this incredible man who has run our business for the last 11 years.”

“We wanted him to feel how much we love him and give him the recognition he deserves — and to make him immortal in the digital world,” she said.

Jeez. Anyone have a farewell party to top that?
