This young mum has terminal cancer, but she only wants two things.

A young mum form Shepparton with an aggressive form of cancer is hoping to make the most of the short time she has left.

Tiarnah Cochrane is only 21, but has decided to stop undergoing treatment for Hodgkin’s lymphoma to be with her partner and three-year-old daughter, Nakita.

With only six to eight weeks left, she’s determined to do two things.

The first is marry her fiancé Jayden Roe on December 3 and the second is to take a holiday with her new husband and child.

To get her there, friends and family have started a crowdfunding page and this morning The Today Show made an incredible donation of $10,000.

Tiarnah was 19 when she was diagnosed with the cancer around Christmas time in 2014.

Even after nine rounds of chemotherapy and a stem cell transplant, the lymphoma was still growing.

"Since my diagnosis I’ve had chemo, chemo and more chemo," she told Shepparton News earlier this month.

"I just didn’t want to spend however long I have left sick and full of chemo. I want to spend it with my family," she said of her decision to stop treatment.

Initially she said her family were shocked but have come to terms with her choice in every way possible.

According to her doctors, even with further treatment Tiarnah will only have a 15 per cent chance of survival.

In addition to the money from Today, the family has raised more than $12,000 and counting.

They have pledged to use whatever money is left over from the wedding and honeymoon to pay for the young mother's funeral and set up a trust fund for Nakita.

Donations can be made through Tiarnah's GoFundMe page.
