Two Sydney siblings who went missing have been found safe and well in Victoria.

Two Sydney siblings missing along with their mother and another man have been found safe and well in regional Victoria.

NSW Police held serious concerns for the children, aged 11 and 12, who were last seen at a home at Caringbah South on Thursday afternoon.

They were located with their mother and a man, Neville Kerslake, in Victoria at about 12.30pm on Saturday.

Police have thanked members of the public for helping them find the group.
