We aren’t always perfect at predicting the future. But it’s fun right? In Back to the Future they said we’d have a fax machine in every room (look how that turned out) and Bill Gates himself apparently once said that no person would need more than 640kb of memory on their personal computers. Now most people have at least 2000 times that amount. And he predicted that the spam problem would be solved five years ago.
You can see how that went.
So maybe we shouldn’t place too much stock in this Microsoft video about how technology will help us in the future, but it’s fun to imagine. Wait, fun, or scary?

That 1999 one is painful to watch. And LOL at the concert tickets being $39 each!
I live in Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong, so I was very excited to see the scene set in it's train station! Great timing, as it is currently being built (I can literally hear the construction right now!)...so that's a pretty accurate description for the future...and I look forward to it!
