Celebrity trainer Michelle Bridges has taken to Instagram to show she has found a nifty way to exercise even with her little bub in tow.
Bridges, 45, posted an adorable photo where she’s getting in a squat workout while her son, Axel, is happily occupied inside an inflatable rubber ducky.
Bridges captioned the photo, “You bet your rubber ducky mumma can squat!!”
It seems the product can double as a bathtub and an incredible distraction to give a busy working “mumma” time to squat.
