BUMPER FLUFF: Megan Gale pregnant, the first 50 Shades cast pics and the reason 'TomKat' split.

1. Get ready for the world’s most beautiful baby, Megan Gale is pregnant.

Megan Gale is pregnant, you guys!

Gale, 38, announced on Instagram that she and boyfriend Shaun Hampson, 25, are expecting their first child together.

“I’m so excited and thrilled to announce that my boyfriend Shaun and I are expecting our first child together and I’m 13 weeks pregnant. We have prayed for this beautiful little soul to come along and now it’s happened we could not be more thankful and we can’t wait to be parents. SO looking forward to meeting you our little angel,” Gale said.

2. Lisa Wilkinson to have on-air mammogram.

Today Show co-host Lisa Wilkinson will get a mammogram live on TV to raise awareness for breast cancer.

Wilkinson is following on from US presenter Amy Robach, whose on-air mammogramdetected cancer in her breasts.

“I have a confession… I’m overdue to have a mammogram… I’m going to have it done,” Wilkinson tweeted via the Today show hashtag.

3. The first look at the 50 Shades of Grey cast.

This week bought us our first look at the cast photo’s from 50 Shades of Grey, and fans of the series were not disappointed.

Entertainment Weekly has released the first shots of the two actors in character on the cover and in an accompanying interview with the magazine.

Dornan reveals how he felt when he learned that he would replace Charlie Hunnam as Christian in the film: “I was sort of pretending I wasn’t waiting, but the phone was in my hand halfway to my ear,” the actor said, saying he got the call at 1:30 a.m. while he was watching re-runs of Storage Wars on TV.

As you do.

Dornan went on to say that he is “a fairly liberal guy” and wasn’t shocked by the sex scenes in the erotic trilogy.

The movie’s release date has been pushed back to Valentine’s Day in the States, no word on when it will now be released in Australia.

We’ve collected them all in a gallery for you, take a look:

4. Jennifer Lawrence thinks it’s disgusting that sex sells.

Jennifer Lawrence has cemented her place as Best Celebrity Ever overnight when she left the red carpet during the Hunger Games: Catching Fire premiere to comfort a young fan.

The 23-year-old Oscar-winning actress walked over to a girl in a wheelchair who appeared to be crying, Lawrence waited for security to remove the barricade before posing for photographs, kissing her on the cheek and leaving her with a hug. Take a look at the video below.

Lawrence has also blasted the entertainment industry as “disgusting” over the sexualisation of young women in Hollywood.

“It’s a part of the entertainment industry that sells. Sex sells, and for some disgusting reason young sex sells even more,” Lawrence told the BBC.

Without mentioning Miley Cyrus but very possibly talking about her she said, “For some people, that’s how they feel best, that’s how they feel sexy.”

The Hunger Games star made a point of saying that she thinks that her portrayal of Katniss Everdeen heroine encourages young women to value strength of character over appearance.

“Growing up I didn’t have a female hero the way that Katniss is and I think she’s a wonderful role model for young girls. I’m happy that they have a character like that.”

5. Is ‘The Voice’ joining tv show ‘The Voice.’

Are these the new ‘The Voice’ Judges?

In the best reality TV news we’ve heard all week (Ali got kicked of The Bachelor guys, there hasn’t been much to celebrate), reports are circulating that John Farnham is set to sign on as a judge for the 2014 series of Channel Nine’s The Voice.

That’s right guys – The Voice may be joining the Voice. Rumour also has it that Farnham will be joined by former Spice Girl, Mel B, who is set to be released from her contract with Channel Seven early in the new year.

But with only four chairs to fill, who are they set to replace? It’s little surprise Seal won’t be returning following his frustrations with the Australian press.

But with Joel Madden and Delta Goodrem contracted to return for another year, that only leaves the Livin’ la Vida Loca heartthrob Ricky Martin unspoken for. We predict hearts will break across Australia should our favourite ‘adopted Aussie’ fail to return to the famous red chairs in 2014.

6. Scientology is the reason behind the ‘TomKat’ split.

Tom Cruise confesses Scientology played a role in his divorce from Katie Holmes.

The revelation comes from the Top Gun star’s recent defamation lawsuit against Bauer Media whose tabloid magazines claimed that he had abandoned his daughter in their coverage of his divorce last June.

In the deposition, Cruise admits that Holmes said one of the reasons she left him was to protect their daughter, Suri, from Scientology.

Lawyers for Bauer media ask Cruise if he believes it’s false that Holmes divorced him “in part to protect Suri from Scientology.”

Cruise responds: “Listen, I find that question offensive.”

“I find it — those statements offensive. And like with any relationship, there are many different levels to it. You know, I — I find it very offensive. There is no need to protect my daughter from my religion.”

But when the attorney questions him further, “And Ms. Holmes has never indicated in any way that was one of the reasons she left you? … To protect Suri from Scientology?”

“Did she say that? That was one of the assertions, yes,” Cruise says, before noting that neither Suri nor Holmes are practicing Scientology now.

7. Katie Holmes is that you?

Meanwhile, Katie Holmes has appeared in a new makeup campaign for Bobbi Brown looking like this:

We love the makeup she’s wearing but we’re not a fan of the heavy-handled retouching that has removed all the expression from her face, turning her into a creepy doll-like version of herself.

8. Kanye is set to be the best father OF ALL TIME, and Kim shares a new photo of baby North.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s wedding is set to be the biggest celebrity wedding OF ALL TIME, and understandably bridal designers are clamouring to dress the reality star.

Brides.com have released a series of sketches from designers Jim Hjelm, Hayley Paige, Reem Acra and Theia all illustrating their dream dresses for the 33-year-old. We know this is fantasyland but none of designers have seemed to nail the mother-of-one’s killer curves.

Meanwhile, Kanye West may be making a bid for “Father of the Year” as celebrity website TMZ claims he left Leonardo DiCaprio’s epic birthday bash to come to the aid of his daughter, North West.

According to reports, West left the party to take Nori for a doctor’s appointment in Los Angeles yesterday (November 11).

“Kanye West clearly has new priorities … leaving an epic birthday party for Leo DiCaprio in NYC and flying all night back to L.A. for North West’s doctor’s appointment. We’re told Kanye and Kim landed just before 6 AM … and rushed home where Kanye picked up Nori and headed to the doctor’s office in Bev Hills. FYI … guess who didn’t go? Mama K was otherwise engaged. The kid’s fine. It was just a routine baby visit. Maybe it’ll impress the judge in the assault case.” (TMZ)

Meanwhile proud mum Kim Kardashian has shared a new photo of five-month-old daughter North West on Instagram. The 33-year-old simply captioned the photo “Lol,” which already has over 552K likes.

9. The most influential teen of the year is an utter delight.

TIME Magazine has released their top 16 Most Influential Teens of 2013- and we’re not surprised to see popstar Lorde come in at Number 1. The New Zealand born 17-year-old has taken the world by storm with her sultry voice, chart-topping songs, and a tendency to take actions that are often left of center (including declining an offer to tour with Katy Perry.) It is believed that superstar teenager may have also recently signed a $4 million contract with Sony.

10. Matt Damon has earned $3 million for 20 seconds work, sheesh.

Matt Damon has earned a whopping $3 million for starring alongside George Clooney in a Nespresso ad.

Damon isn’t known for his product endorsement deals yet the A-List actor made one exception to star alongside his Oceans Eleven co-star George Clooney, bagging an impressive $150,000 per second.

The ad was directed by Grant Heslov, a producer on his upcoming film The Monuments Men.
