Ladies and Gentlemen, you can stop getting stupid tattoos. We have a winner.

A teenager in Norway has had his receipt from McDonald’s tattooed on his arm.

That’s his RECIEPT, from MCDONALD’S, TATTOOED, on his ARM.

Apparently unaware of the concept of free will, Stian Ytterdahl, 18, told local news that he had to do it, because his friends were punishing him for getting a little too fresh with the ladies:

“Some of my mates thought I had been a bit too active on the ladies front recently and wanted to punish me… they said I had to tattoo a Barbie doll on my bum, or the receipt on my arm.”

Yep, there was definitely no third option, like NOT GETTING A TATTOO OF A MCDONALD’S RECEIPT ON YOUR ARM.

Let’s take a closer look at the artist’s stunning work:

1 half litre of Coke

3 cheeseburgers

1 of something called ‘Happy Cheese’

3 extra toppings

1 Nonstop Flurry (which obviously needs to be an Australian thing immediately)

Well, after reading that, can you really blame the kid? It’s quite clearly a meal that needed to be permanently etched in time.

A spokesperson for McDonald’s said she thought the tattoo was “terrific” and appreciated that Stian was “a loyal customer”.

And Stian has no regrets. For now.

“Now I’m a living billboard, but I think all this is just fun. Maybe it’s not as fun when I’m 50 or 60 years old, but it’s my choice,” he said.

Kids, amiright?

Stian now goes down in history with these esteemed works of art:

What would you say to Stian if you could (besides just slowly shaking your head)? And fess up… have you got a tattoo hidden on you somewhere that you regret? What is it and where is it?
