What’s the worst question your boss has ever asked you?

Because it cannot be as bad as what Mia cornered me into admitting today. Mum, do not listen.  Nanna. Do not listen.  Dad? Well, my dad is deaf and this is possibly the only time in my life I’m thankful for that.

This week’s episode of Mamamia Outloud has dropped, and as usual, it’s all the things we’re talking about, and a few things we probably shouldn’t.

 

Oh god.

 

With Fifty Shades of Grey coming to a cinema near you this weekend,  not everyone is eagerly anticipating seeing the steamy book on the big screen. There are growing calls to boycott the film, with many saying it glamorises violence, stalking, manipulation and rape.  Is this an over-reaction to a fictional story? Shouldn’t it be harmless escapism? Or does it point to something more sinister? Note: we have not seen the movie.  But all three of us have read the book.
