A very important update on which Love Island couples are still together.

It’s been a long and lonely 21 weeks since the UK’s Love Island 2017 finished up.

That’s 148 days since we spent literally hours watching strangers in bikinis tell other strangers in tiny shorts that they ‘Didn’t want to put all their eggs in one basket’.

They were good times. The best of times.

With the local version of the reality TV dating show not due to start until next year, the only way to fill the void was to conduct a VERY highbrow investigation (read: social media stalk) of our favourite contestants to find out which couples are still together.

Let's dive in then, shall we?

Kem Cetinay and Amber Davies

Everything seemed to be going so well for the Love Island 2017 winners. With over four million Instagram followers between them, the social media endorsements, clothing lines and loved up selfies were coming in thick and fast. Cetinay even described the 21 year old as "his future wife". Unfortunately, the pair announced their split earlier this month after 132 days together.

In her column in OK! Magazine, Davies said the pair hadn't spoken since their break up.

Jamie Jewitt and Camilla Thurlow

The season's runners up swapped club appearances for volunteering at refugee camps, with both using their new profiles to raise awareness of causes they're passionate about. They were snapped having an argument this week - you know, that thing all couples do - but confirmed they are still very much together. The disagreement was reportedly due to trolls leaving comments on Camilla's social media accounts and her taking them to heart.

Chris Hughes and Olivia Attwood

Their relationship during the season was, erm, volatile to say the least. They broke up, got back together, broke up and got back together. The pattern appears to have continued off the Island too, with Olivia admitting the pair secretly split then got back together. The last picture of them together was posted four days ago and there have been some cryptic since-deleted tweets in the last few days, so we'll have to take a guess on this one.

My Sloth ????

Listen: Why you need to watch Love Island. Post continues after audio.

Gabby Allen and Marcel Somerville

No meeting at the 'crossroads' for the former Blazin' Squad member and personal trainer - Gabby and Marcel are still very much together. They've spoken about the difficult in juggling their hectic schedules and appearances and they seem to be making it work. All together now - NAWWWW.

Alex Beattie and Montana Brown

They seemed one of the most genuine couples on the show but things did not fare well on the outside for Alex and Montana. The 21 year old announced their breakup on Twitter less than a week after it finished, saying "Alex and I have decided to split. Making our relationship work on the outside has been hard. He hasn't been the same since coming out of the villa."

Brown has since gone on to become an MTV UK presenter, while Beattie is posting lots of topless pictures on Instagram.

Georgia Harrison and Sam Gowland

Ouch. The pair lasted almost two weeks after leaving the island before breaking up due to alleged infidelity. "Would like to confirm that myself and Sam are no longer together. Unfortunately for some men one girl isn't always enough," Harrison Tweeted. Gowland was announced as a new housemate on Geordie Shore where he met now-girlfriend Chloe Ferry.

Dom Lever and Jessica Rose

Remember this couple? After insisting that he didn't want to picked by intruder Jess as he really liked Montana, he was...picked by intruder Jess. They left the villa shortly after. It ended up turning out quite well for the couple - they've moved in together and are now engaged.

I miss this woman so much already not even been a day ❤️????
