When we first heard this singer was going to change her name, we weren’t sure whether to expect something outrageous, like Sefani Germanotta’s name change to Lady Gaga or something more subtle, like P.Diddy to just ‘Diddy’.

And now the anticipation is over. (Yes, we know you’ve all been losing sleep waiting, waiting, waiting…)

Lily Allen has officially changed her name – and her performing name – to ‘Lily Rose Cooper’ to reflect her marriage to Sam Cooper. And it’s just in time to make a debut on her upcoming album.

The couple have a daughter together and recently announced they’re pregnant again.
