Jessica Rowe Is Not Vanilla.

When self-described crap housewife, journalist and presenter Jessica Rowe announced she would be leaving her job as co-host on Studio 10 to spend more time with her daughters Allegra and Giselle, people cared.

Oh how they cared.

Because when high profile women lean out of their jobs, it seems like the decision is being made on behalf of all women.

But it’s not always that simple. As Jess will tell you on this episode of No Filter. “Life is never black or white or all or nothing, it is that give and take.”

“I’m a big believer in taking risks…when we take that step out of the blue, other things present themselves, and that’s what I’m excited about,” Jess told Mia.

So how did she know when it was time to lean out from her job, into her family? How did her husband, Nine Newsreader Peter Overton support her? Are her girls happy to have her home now? What does she have planned next?
