1. Lea Michele speaks about losing Cory Monteith.
Glee star Lea Michele has spoken about the experience of losing both her on- and off-screen lover, Cory Monteith. The 27-year-old actress told TV Week Australia:
“For me personally, I’ve lost two people: Cory and Finn. We had a beautiful memorial for Cory in the auditorium and some of the cast members sang and people spoke about him. It only felt right that we would do the same thing for Finn, so I felt it was very therapeutic.”
Michele then went on to explain how having the experience of farewelling Cory with her cast mate “family” had been therapeutic:
“Everyone is asking: ‘Is it hard to do this? Is it hard to be back at work?’, but the truth is it’s no harder at work than it is in life, so we might as well all be together as a family supporting each other to get through this together.”
31-year-old Cory Monteith died of a champagne and heroin overdose in July.

3. Gwyneth’s Paltrow will now provide you with this.
You know those times when you put on your puffer vest and your puffer backpack (at the same time, obviously, because: style) and you think: “Gosh, if only these were more environmentally sustainable.”
Yeah, we don’t either.
But, if you were after a range of puffer apparel and accessories that are good for the environment, Gwyneth Paltrow has the answer. The actress/singer/domestic goddess/Coldplay WAG/all-round life winner has teamed up with Spanish brand, Ecoalf, to bring you a range of puffer things made entirely from discarded fishing nets and recycled plastic bottles.

5. Orlando Bloom on work/life balance, fatherhood and how much time he spends away from Flynn.
They’re Hollywood’s perfect celebrity couple, but with a two-year-old boy at home, how to Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom split their parenting duties?
In an interview for the November edition of InStyle, Orlando spoke about how he can’t bear to be away from son Flynn for more than two or three weeks. He says: “I just start to twitch and feel weird.” As for super mum Miranda, she refuses to leave her son for more than week at a time.
The couple are currently living in New York while Orlando prepares for his role in the Broadway adaptation of Romeo and Juliet.

7. Kanye West appears on Jimmy Kimmel after their Twitter feud. And it is as awkward as we all envisaged.
Last month, Kanye West and US TV host Jimmy Kimmel had a bit of a spat on Twitter. It all started when Kanye tweeted a series of caps-locked insults at Kimmel, after Kimmel had aired a spoof on a – particularly self-indulgent – interview that Kanye had given on the BBC earlier in the year. What ensued was an exchange of anger (courtesy of Kanye) and sarcasm (courtesy of Kimmel.)
Want to know how awkward it was? Well, it starts with Kimmel’s grovelling apology, after which Kanye only gives one word answers to all of his questions. (Including: “Ralph.” Which we are apparently all supposed to know means that Mr West is wearing Ralph Lauren.)

I like the bit where Kanye compares himself with Jesus, then tries to turn it round before anyone notices to say Jesus was his hero. Twat. And I am an atheist.
Kanye could not be more of a prat. If I was allowed to take a pot shot at either he or Robin Thicke, I would be in a lather of indecision for days on end.
I'm not too much of a fan of Taylor Swift, but I would give anything to have been in her body the moment Kanye stole her thunder on stage just so that I could say, 'Oi, Kanye. I won the award. Deal with it. Now get the f*ck off the stage, douchebag.'
