Were you left thinking; “but I’m amazing everyday. How come people seem to have only just realised?”
We’re not saying that the compliments weren’t sincere – but March 1 was ‘World Compliment Day‘. Branded as “the most positive day of the year” World Compliment Day had us taking a deep breath and articulating all the positive, wonderful thoughts we have about each other.
In this edition of last texts, we sourced the compliments that women in the office sent to a spouse, child, friend or colleague.
There is definitely something about offering a compliment screen-to-screen rather than face-to-face, which makes the act significantly less awkward.
