Krystal Forscutt gave birth quickly. It wasn’t until afterwards that things started to go wrong.

Krystal Forscutt is now the proud mum of a little girl, but her arrival didn’t come without its challenges.

Introducing her daughter Nakoda Ruth Hipwell to the world on Friday, the 31-year-old former Big Brother star detailed her dramatic delivery, which saw Krystal being rushed into emergency after suffering a postpartum haemorrhage.

“[I] had to go into surgery,” she captioned a photo of herself with her newborn daughter.

“I spent 24hrs in intensive care and was so devastated that I couldn’t be with my baby girl but lucky she had her daddy taking care of her.”

Krystal said that after a scary few days, she was finally able to see her daughter again.

“I have now been reunited with her and am so relieved to finally have our beautiful and perfectly healthy little angel in my arms,” she continued.

Nakoda arrived on May 31 “via vaginal delivery and somehow zero pain relief”.

Krystal described the birth as “quick”, and said it wasn’t until after her delivery when things started to go wrong.

Already a mum to a four-year-old son named Sunny with husband Neil Hipwell, Krystal called Nakoda “our missing piece”.

“Our family is now complete,” she wrote.
