This poem by a six-year-old makes us grown-ups look dumb.

A Year One student has written a poem that is going viral.

While most adults can barely string two lines together to form a poem, a Year One student in New York has written a highly creative and arty poem for National Poetry Month.

We did the soft wind.

We danst slowly.

We swrld Aroned.

We danst soft.

We lisin to the mozik.

We danst to the mozik.

We made personal space.

Okay, so the kid needs to pay attention in spelling and grammar class (or does he? Many poets get creative with their spelling) but we can all agree that for a Year One student, this can only mean we might be seeing the first of an outstanding poet.
