Katie Hopkins defends herself: "There's no such thing as fat-shaming."

The TV personality attacks Kelly Clarkson for a THIRD time.

We’ve all seen and been appalled by Katie Hopkin’s rude-as weets about Kelly Clarkson’s weight.

But the British journalist and TV personality has just kept on going. And going, and going.

During a recent interview with Access Hollywood, Katie, 40, said “there is no such thing as fat-shaming”. She then went on to call the Stronger singer a “chunky monkey” in her quest to defend herself against the social media hate storm.

“There is only skinny-blaming… It doesn’t hurt me if I hurt someone’s feelings,” Katie claimed during the interview.

"Ultimately if you put yourself out there, if you're in the media, if you're in the public eye, then you have to accept what comes your way."

Katie went on to defend herself by saying she wasn't a bully - she just came up with "a great line".

And the digs at the American Idol favourite just flowed.

"Ultimately, Twitter is about finding the fun and Kelly Clarkson does look a bit like she ate her backing singers. I would suggest that when she took eating for two and she decided to eat for 10. If you can't find the fun in that, then more pity on you."

And flowed:

"Ultimately Kelly Clarkson is a chunky monkey. We can call it baby weight. We can call it puppy fat. We can call it love handles. We can call it muffin top, any of the nice, soft and cuddly names we give it, but ultimately it's fat."

And if that wasn't enough, Katie then talked about the burden she feels to save people from themselves.

"I feel it's my responsibility to point out to chubsters that they need to get up off their a**, stop costing me money as a taxpayer, and get out there and run a little bit more."
